Simple Coffee Roasting Philosophy We are one of the pioneers of the speciality coffee roasting in South Africa and have been operating our roastery on Lourensford Estate since 2003. We are focused on roasting outstanding coffees and delivering them fresh. We don't sell cups of coffee and don't operate any retail cafe businesses. We remain on the forefront of coffee roasting technology and provide a wide range of customers from businesses to individuals with really good coffee at a fair price. To get our famous coffees we focus on two things: sourcing the best available high quality green beans and providing them freshly roasted to our customers. Our orders in hand determine our daily roasting schedule so that customers get their coffee straight out the roaster.
